The bottles worth opening deserve the right room, and the right room is genuinely hard to find. So we built it ourselves.
Club Uncorked is a Bangkok-based private members' club built around exceptional wine, tables where the food is never an afterthought, and the people who make both more interesting. Not a hotel program or a restaurant loyalty scheme. Something more personal than that.
We run a thoughtfully curated program of member-only dinners, private tastings, and BYO nights: the kind of evenings we'd want to attend ourselves. Grower Champagne and oyster shucking. Burgundy in Chinatown. Cult producers and long tables.
Intentionality is at the core of everything we do. Every bottle chosen for the moment. Every venue chosen because we'd want to be there anyway. No portfolio, no agenda, no fixed address. The city is our clubhouse.
Membership is limited and considered personally. The table only gets better with the right people around it.
